When does each deal open and close, and what time is that where I live?
Each deal opens at 9:00am ET and closes at 8:59am ET the next morning, so you get a full 24 hours wherever you are. 9:00am ET is 8:00am Central, 6:00am Pacific, and 2:00pm in London.
What if I miss a deal?
Each deal is open for its 24 hours and then its checkout closes. Put the five dates in your calendar and watch your inbox at 9:00am ET each morning, when I send the day's deal.
How do I get access after I buy?
You'll get an email with your access details right after checkout. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then email me at [support email] and I'll sort it out.
