The Style Lab

The most complicated part of style happens in the closet. This is where you learn to do it on your own.

Every morning you stand in front of your clothes knowing something is off and not being able to put your finger on it. That is not a taste problem. That is skill gap. And The Style Lab closes it in five weeks.

Understand Outfit Building

Sharpen Your Eye

Own Your Wardrobe

Every piece you own is only as good as your ability to use it.

The wardrobe is not the problem. The knowledge is not the problem. The missing piece is the ability to put it all together on your own, with confidence, every single time. Without that skill, nothing else you invest in your style will compound the way it should.

This is for the woman who is done with almost.

You show up with intention in every area of your life. You invest in yourself, you pay attention to how you present, and you know that the way you walk into a room says something before you speak.

And still, somewhere between your closet and your mirror, the outfit you imagined and the outfit you put on are not quite the same thing. Maybe you have even had someone put an outfit together for you and thought, "yes, that is exactly it". But when you tried to recreate it on your own, something was missing. Because you saw the result. You never learned the why behind it. And without the why, every morning becomes a guess.

What you are looking for is not more inspiration. It is the ability to walk into your closet, make a decision, and know it is right. To trust your own eye. To stop reaching for the safe thing and start wearing the outfit you actually had in mind.

That skill is learnable. That is exactly what The Style Lab teaches.

Here is what happens when you are in the room.

Each session you bring one real outfit and get 10 dedicated minutes with a certified stylist looking directly at your specific pieces. Not a generic example. Not a model in a photo. Your clothes, your body, your life — with direct feedback that tells you exactly what is working, what is not, and why.

Each week you learn from your own outfit and from watching every other woman's pieces worked through live. The principles land differently when you see them applied across different bodies, different wardrobes, and different style challenges. The smaller the room, the richer the learning, and every session compounds on the one before it.

The goal of The Style Lab is not to tell you what to wear. It is to teach you to see the way a stylist sees so you can make those decisions yourself, with confidence, for the rest of your life. You will open your closet differently on the other side of this. That is the point.

This is where my expertise becomes your skill.

I have watched it happen more times than I can count. A woman looks in the mirror, and a smile just comes over her face. She says, “I never would have put this together like this, but I really like it.”. And then she starts checking herself out, because she feels it. Not just sees it. Feels it.

That moment is not about the outfit. It is about what happens when a woman finally understands what she is doing. When the guessing stops and the knowing starts.

I spent eight years as a stylist for a clothing brand watching that moment happen over and over again. And I knew it did not belong inside one store. I became a Certified Style Coach and Certified Color Analyst because I wanted a methodology I could give to any woman, in any closet, and any stage of her style journey. The Style Lab is the most direct path I have built to get you there.

You don't need someone to dress you. You need to learn to see the way a stylist sees. That is what five weeks together builds.

What to expect week-by-week

You start where every outfit starts, with how you want to feel and where you are going. From there you build around one anchor piece and learn the four moves that turn pieces into an outfit. Then you go deep on the first move, silhouette: the shape your outfit makes before any detail registers, and how to shape it on purpose.

Once you can read the overall shape of an outfit, you are ready for the principle that changes everything. Most women have never been taught how proportion actually works and it is responsible for every outfit that has ever felt frumpy, flat, or just slightly off without a clear reason why. This week you learn what stylists know instinctively about where to divide the body visually and why it matters more than almost any other decision you make when getting dressed. Once you see it, you cannot unsee it.

This is the week that explains the outfits you have always admired but could never quite replicate, the ones with that certain je ne sais quoi you could not put your finger on. That quality is dimension, and it is far more intentional than it looks. This week you learn how contrast creates depth in an outfit, and why contrast goes so much further than color alone. This is where getting dressed stops feeling like an exercise and starts feeling like something you actually enjoy.

Here is something most women get wrong: the shoe is not an afterthought. Neither is the jewelry, the layer, or the detail that makes everything else make sense. An outfit is not complete when the pieces are chosen, it is complete when every element has been considered with intention. This week you learn what it means to truly finish an outfit, how to develop the eye for what a look is still asking for, and why this final layer is what separates an outfit that looks assembled from one that looks deliberately, unmistakably styled.

By week five you have four new lenses and it is time to turn them on the wardrobe you already own. Most women are walking past combinations every single morning that they have never considered, not because the pieces are not there, but because they have not yet learned how to pull them together. This week you learn to move pieces across contexts, build outfits you have never tried, and discover the wardrobe that has been sitting right in front of you all along.

FAQ

A few questions you might be sitting with.

Hello!

I'm Michelle Glass.

Certified Style Coach & Color Analyst. Strategic Stylist and Educator for high-achieving women who are done guessing.

I know what it feels like to finally put on the right outfit and feel it. Not just look at it — feel it. The way it changes how you stand, how you walk into a room, how the rest of your day goes. I saw that moment happen over and over again when I was styling for a clothing brand. And I knew that moment was not reserved for women shopping in that one store. It belonged to every woman. I just had to figure out how to give it to her.

I spent eight years as a stylist for a clothing brand, watching what happens when the right pieces meet the right woman. When I decided to deepen my knowledge formally, I enrolled in a certification program — and realized I did not want to keep that knowledge inside one brand. I became a Certified Style Coach and Certified Color Analyst because I wanted a methodology I could stand behind completely. I work with multiple styling mentors, I obsess over the details and the patterns, and I invest constantly in my own education because my clients deserve someone who never stops learning. The Style Lab is built from everything I have accumulated — and it is designed to give you the most important parts of it in five weeks.

You deserve to know what you are doing when you get dressed. That is exactly what I am here to teach you.
