1. Inquiry & Scheduling
→You will submit a brief inquiry form with event details, preferred dates, and estimated number of participants.
2. Pre-Event Education
→All participants receive access to a short pre-recorded video explaining color analysis and what will be assessed during their session. This video also covers the psychology of color.
3. Event Setup
→On the day of the event, mini color analyses are conducted near a window, when possible. I can also provide professional lighting if needed.
4. Individual Color Analysis Sessions
→Each participant receives a 10-15 minute individual mini color analysis, scheduled in time blocks to keep the event running smoothly.

Every participant is draped individually and leaves with her full result: her undertone, her home season, and the metals that work against her skin.
Events are booked as a time block. Each block below covers a set number of participants, so you can choose the one that fits your team and the window you have in the day.

Two hour minimum on all corporate bookings. Each participant receives 10 to 15 minutes to a full result. Larger groups are handled by adding hours, never by shortening anyone's session. Groups above 24 are welcome and quoted as a longer day or a second date.
Included In Every Event
- Individual draping and a full result for each participant
- Undertone, home season, and metals
- A small palette sheet given to each participant
- Professional lighting if natural light is limited
- Scheduling guidance so the day runs on time around the work
Good To Know
- Travel within 30 miles of 29707 is included. Beyond that radius, parking, flights, hotel, and a food per diem are the company's responsibility.
- A 50% deposit holds the date, with the balance due two weeks prior to the event.
- Final headcount confirms two weeks out. The time block stands regardless of who attends on the day.
- Payment is by invoice.
Add On: Swatch Wallets
Physical swatch wallets are available at $65 per participant, so every woman leaves with her palette in hand for shopping and getting dressed. Companies often cover these for the whole group.
