Presence Training
for Your Organization
From presence to sales impact — style education your team will actually use.
Where You Are Now:
Your team shows up every day. But how they show up is doing more work than most people realize.
Before a presentation begins, before a sales pitch lands, before a client relationship deepens — an impression has already formed. Visual presentation accounts for fifty-five percent of how we are perceived. Most professionals have never been taught to use that to their advantage.
The result is teams that are talented and credentialed but not always reading at the level their work deserves. Client-facing employees who lose credibility before they open their mouths. Leaders whose presence does not yet match their title. Sales professionals who are not closing the rooms they are walking into.
You know your people are capable. The question is whether their presence is communicating that.
What to Expect
Every session is customized to your workforce, your industry, and your goals. This is not off-the-shelf content. It is built around your people and what they need to show up more effectively.
Attendees leave with a clear, applicable shift in how they think about professional presentation — not a list of trends, not vague inspiration, but a way of thinking they can use the next morning.

Why This Matters
Most organizations invest in training, development, and leadership programming. Very few invest in the one thing that affects every meeting, every client interaction, and every leadership moment: how their people show up visually.
The gap is not a lack of talent. It is a lack of education. Nobody taught your team that style is a skill. Nobody showed them what professional presence actually requires or why it matters.
One session changes that. Not by telling people what to wear, but by giving them a way of thinking about professional presentation that they can apply every day, in every situation, at every level of dress
What to Expect
Sessions are available as 60-minute virtual or in-person presentations and 3 to 4 hour half-day workshops. Every format includes a pre-event planning call, customized content, and slide deck. Half-day workshops include participant workbooks.
